I had recently upgraded from XP to Win 7 and in the process of validating and/or replacing non-compatible software. Concurrently I participated in a webinar in going “paperless” and the presenter on a supplemental add-on to Adobe stated that it would work with version 7+. The missing link was the conflict with Adobe and Win 7 for versions below 9. I ordered version 8 to replace a very old version of Adobe and than determined the Win 7 conflict. The vendor responded to my dilemma, canceling the order and refunding the charge. I highly recommend this vendor and would use for future purchases. Thanks again.	Overall Rating

This was a DELL branded OEM product that came with a DELL system. But the key works the same as the Product Key Card with the downloaded or pre-installed software. Only reason I didn't give perfect score was because of that not being communicated, and the image used for the item was the Microsoft Product Key Card. Thanks.	Overall Rating

Not sure why it was showing up and I contacted the seller and he promptly responded with advice on reinstalling the software. I did that and provided my original key that came with the OEM and now it does not show up. I am quite pleased with the timely service of the vendor in resolving this issue. I would recommend the vendor for their prompt shipment and timely advice if one encounters any issues with their shipments and problems with installation.	Overall Rating
