I received The order transaction #1794489 today 1 nov. 2010, the purchased item, computer motherboard, was DOA dead on arrival.

I ordered an amd 64x2 6ooo processor paid 8 dollars shipping and handling did not receive my purchase. I never received a tracking number so after waiting ten days I canceled my order, I feel if your going to pay 9% shipping and handling you should receive your order in a reasonable amount of time or be given a good reason for the delay.

I order 2 hard drives from this merchant and when they did not arrive I sent them an email note. They indicated the drives had not arrived when they had stated and still do they were in stock on their web site. That was the last email that was ever received and they failed to respond to numerous phone calls. I finally had to reverse the charges.
They should not be allowed to sell via PriceGrabber. Don't buy from them.

i rated a 3 because an employee said it was gonna be sent by UPS Ground and would arrive in 3 days. Ended up being shipped USPS and got to me in 7 days, got home from work to a notice left and had to rush to the post office before it closed to receive my package. My product works great though.
