They advertised a 14day refund policy so I was confident that I could send it back without a problem. When I contacted them for the return the day that I received the $600 camera they informed me that I could only get 50% back because it wasn't technically new, plus a 5% restocking fee. So when selling it it was considered new, but on the return it was not. Do not deal with these people if money is an issue. This turned out to be a very bad deal.	Overall Rating
