It was sold as a "full product" however when I tried to register it with Acronis I was informed the serial number was bad and that it was probably a counterfeit. NoBid2Win's Response: Shipped on the same day. Email notified with tracking number provided. The same tracking is then sent via PriceGrabber again.	Overall Rating

I was able to read it though and when I tried to register the product, The manufacture sent the following reply. "Please be aware that the serial number you provided was not published by Acronis. We strongly recommend you to request an immediate refund for your purchase." I received a message from the user after writing this review to return the cd for a full refund but I must delete this review. Returned cd was received by the seller on 2/13/08 and I will add an update when purchase price is refunded. Seller refuses to refund purchase price unless I delete this review and I will not do that Additional: 3/8/2008 seller refuses to refund and I have as stated I returned the cd and Have verification from the seller along with the product could not be registered. NoBid2Win's Response: We have requested to have the CRACK CD back for a FULL REFUND. NO REPLY, NO COMMUNICATION AND LEFT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK HERE.	Overall Rating

PriceGrabber advised me to contact the merchant. The merchant did not respond until after I filed a dispute with my credit card agent. When the merchant did contact me, I told him that once I received the merchandise I will be happy to pay him in the event both charges were reversed. I did receive the merchandise, the PriceGrabber impending charge was not formalzied (i.e, disappered) and the merchant charge was reversed. I subsequently emailed the merchant, advised him that both charges had been reversed and asked how he would like me to pay him. He replied that he wished me to remove the credit card dispute, whcih I've attempted to do but unable to due to the New Year holiday. The negative rating is actually directed towards PriceGrabber for the duplicate charge they imposed even though that charge was only a pending charge and was removed once the merchant charge was verified. I had made the purchase with a debit card and always check my account soon after making any web purchase as a precaution. If I had waited a bit longer, maybe the PriceGrabber impending charge would not have been formalized once the merchants' charge had been formalized. NoBid2Win's Response: Seems this buyer does NOT listen nor understand the credit card authorization and actual charge explained to him. PRICEGRABBER authorized the transaction but NOT actually charge. His card is never charged twice! We are OUT of money -- He got the merchandise and gave us negative feedback!	Overall Rating
