lfess69012 from CA Rating type: Seller Rating Transaction No: 1302493 View Member's: Reviews	I received my shipment in a timely manner installed the software, spent the time practicing with software and then found there were problems with the activations codes-wasted 3 1/2 hours trying to straighten it out with the software company, shipping it back to timsonline, ordering from a different company, checking with my credit card company to make sure I will get a credit; plus I will have to install the new software and practice with it once I get it. I have lost about two weeks with the software. It was Dragon Naturally Speaking--so instead of saving me time thanks to timsonline it has cost me time. Nuance told me that the timsonline software had been activated 10 times and since he was not an authorized reseller, they could do nothing to help me. timsonline's Response: Customer contacted us with problem and we dealt with the problem immediately issuing a full refund including shipping back to us. Sorry for the inconvenience but customer feedback is full of exaggeration.	Overall Rating
