The unit that I received was poorly wired. In fact, the lights that indicate when a water bottle is empty were wired backwards. Being a handyman, I opened the unit to see how difficult it would be to wire the lights correctly and discovered two wires that were nearly cut in two because they were not properly tucked inside the houseing during assembly. Rewiring the lights would have required the cutting and splicing of the wires so I left them as they were. I'll wait for the warranty to expire first. |

Everything seems to have worked out fine. Would have liked a way to call the actual vendor & order, etc. that way. Had no idea how long it would take to get to it's destination when it was ordered, etc. I don't spend much time on the computer checking e-mail, and would have liked to known more before buying. I'm told the unit got to it's destination, and seems to be working as well for them, as the one we have had for almost 1 year now. It did cost a bit less going this route (Where I bought ours from, no longer carries it.) |
