Asked them what the deal was, and the only explanation/apology i got was "Item is out of stock. Sorry for the inconvenience". Pretty poor customer service, but did receive the refund right away. When I used the battery it said it didn't have much life to it, but figured it needed charging. I contacted them 2 months later and basically told me I was out of luck.
