I completely get why a person can't return it once it is opened. HOWEVER, when the sellers do not make compatibility requirements part of the advertisement, they should have their hands slapped, if not their fingers broken. I purchased my MacBook Pro in April 2008. My Operating System is 10.4.11. I would never have guessed that Quickbooks 2010 would not be compatible. BUT, I should have checked. And if the compatibility requirements had been available easily, with a link, I would have. But no one seems interested (including Intuit) in letting anyone know that they've created a product with a very small window for Mac users. So then one goes through a long round of telephone calls that suck up one's time and energy. After several e-mails and calls, it turns out that Intuit does promise to refund one's money (in 6-8 weeks) for a compatibility issue. But this seller has not admitted any kind of misleading advertising. I would not think about using PriceGrabbers again unless I put tons of research into the purchase. Even then, it's not worth the aggravation.	Overall Rating
