Discount Deals's Response: All items are automatically shipped to the address in your Paypal account as stated. Buyer updated address in Pricegrabber but not Paypal. CD installed as expected. A few days later, Microsoft message appeared, stated the copy did not pass their genuine authorized copy test. Had to submit claim form, and mail in CD, and wait two weeks for Microsoft to send me a new, genuine CD. Discount Deals's Response: Buyer declined free offer to upgrade to 100% GENUINE, VERIFIABLE, RETAIL version. Buyers feedback appears to say i sent replacement that didn't work, I never sent replacement but offered the above upgrade for his trouble. I did have problems with these in the past so i no longer sell them. Genuine XP's are very hard to get these days.	Overall Rating
