I am trying to get hold of them to get it corrected. Hope I don't lose all that money. Discount Deals's Response: Sometimes even legitimate license keys don't work because some bootleggers use key generators. The key generator comes up with an unused key on a circulating copy of Windows thus invalidating it. I'm replacing the key for the buyer. It arrived in a timely manner and was packed well, but did not work. I got it replaced through the company and requested compensation for S&H for the new one. Owner replied in a timely and kind manner, but not willing to compensate for S&H . Since I can't blame him for it not working, I would still buy from him again for his good customer service. Discount Deals's Response: I sincerely apologized to buyer and explained that with internet transactions the buyer is always responsible for return shipping on defective merchandise. I personally have had to pay $95 for 3 purchase returns on defective personal use merchandise in the past 4 months. No seller would refund my shipping either. However, i did offer to save buyer 40% on the return shipping rate with my discounts.	Overall Rating

It was stated as such and I told the customer this repeatedly. Buyer never bothered to read e-mails even when instructed to and had a complaint about everything.
