The computer was delivered with an inoperable Disc Drive. I can't load software. This computer is uselss to me. * Update - PC Systems sent two optical drives and three weeks later the computer is working better. |

If you are going to list a product for sale and claim that you have 48 of them in stock you should tell the truth. I purchased the laptop with the understanding that you had them. Then to get an email later claiming you don't is a poor way to do business. This stinks of false advertising to me. |

I felt like a tracking number should have been given sooner, if not, at least communication of eta of tracking number. I found it very difficult to receive the package as it had signature of 21 or older required (no shipping options were available) delivery was always attempted whilst I was at work. Fortunately I work at Fedex, and a kind driver was able to bring it to me. The box did not have sufficient tape on the bottom and the plug was dangling out. I had thought the keyboard that belonged to the monitor would have been included, but it was switched out for an old one... and there wasn't a mouse. However, so far so good for the monitor. |

The item sent was not the item ordered, which meant that we did not have the item in time for an important presentation. The translation was clearly fraudulent and the matter has been refered to our legal department. |

Received no email that item had been shipped until after I called company. Computer arrived next day. I would not have listed this computer in very good shape. But, it works, hopefully it will keep working for grandson who really deserves one. |

I placed an order for this item and sent the payment. Over a week went by and I hadn't received the computer or any communication, so I called only to find out that they didn't have it. They refunded my money the next day, but this was a very disappointing transaction. Don't sell a product you don't have. |

I was so disappointed with my transaction with PC Tech Systems. The laptops that I ordered were listed as good condition and instead arrived in very poor condition. Filthy, scratched and two of them broken. Not only did I waste my time and money by ordering through them but I ended up losing over $400.00 due to having to pay to ship them back and a restocking fee. Why should I have to pay to restock (2) broken computers? Buyer Beware!! I thought Paypal would stand behind my order but they only stand behind the shipping of your item. PC Tech did not do anything to make this right for me. |
