A hard drive is fragile. It was put in a box 5 times its size with 3 bubble wraps, one of which was busted. The hard drive had no protection what so ever. Not only that, Seagate clearly states never to use bubble wrap when packaging a hard drive. You would think that PCTech would know that being a distributer and all. Result: Dead Hard Drive. Really?
