And after words are told you should have read the small print. After you return the Item they will then charge a 10% restocking fee. What a great way to make money and not have to provide anything, because the customer did not see the small print. Unity Electronics's Response: Customer purchased a discounted unit described as "Bulk - New, Converter Only - Cables, software and manual are NOT included."
