I was EXTREMELY satisfied eith the service here. With some places, it can take between 2-5 days just for them to get things in route. My package got here so fast i swear he got on an overnight flight and walked it to my door. Exactly what I was looking for. I WILL buy from ITWare again! |

I have used Microsoft Money for Windows 95 for years and was disappointed that that particular software would not work on Windows 7. Based on your feedback from other buyers, I purchased this product on the premise that Microsoft Money 2002 would work on Windows 7. Not only does it work, it works as well or even better than the Win 95 version, and it copies and converts with no loss of data between programs. For those interested in a Money program, my opinion is that there is none better by any vendor out there than this one. After placing my order here, I received my shipment in only two days. I am impressed with the speedy shipment and the overall quality of the product. |

Seller is a crook. He misidentified the address on my package; the package never arrived; and he refuses to refund me for the purchase. ITWare's Response: The Seller has been Forced: Same Shipping/Billing Address. The Buyer's order shipping address Must be correct. Update: Following Norton Symantec's confirmation that this NIS 2011 CD would only protect 1 computer (not 3) and after a subsequent exchange of emails with the seller, the seller agreed to refund the price of the NIS 2011 CD and the cost of return shipping once they had received it back. This was done, and the full refund received by the end of December. The Norton Internet Security (NIS) 2011 CD (Full Product, 3 users) arrived promptly after ordering. However, "3 PC's / 1 Year Protection" was not printed on the NIS 2011 CD I received. I therefore contacted Norton Symantec and asked whether this CD (with its Product Key on the label on the back of the CD envelope) would protect 3 PC's. After they checked the Product Key, the answer was no, that it would only activate and protect 1 PC. Presuming this to have been an honest mistake on COMPUDEALS2U'S part, I have emailed them asking for proper, new NIS 2011 CD with a product key that can activate and protect 3 PC's. Presuming they deliver what I ordered in a timely way, I will revise my rating. Should they not do so, I will post the appropriate follow-up. |
