It takes almost 3 weeks receiving the product. The Windows 7 Ultimate product key is not even working either been blocked by Microsoft, or not registered. Tried to contact them through email. No response. |

The product Spinsoft sent me is marked "English Intl Not to US CD". My concern is this will cause problems with key code acceptance and/or support as this version is not for the US market. I have sent Spinsoft four emails requesting resolution of this issue and they have not responded to any of my emails. I am very dissatisfied with this transaction as they have totally ignored all of my attempts to contact them for resolution of the issue. |

The price for the product could not be beat. However, although the item was supposedly shipped on January 27 from Florida it did not arrive in New Jersey until February 8. |
