I was told that there was a problem with my order and it was being held in processing. I emailed back, but finally had to call the customer service number to talk to someone. I was told that the order had not been processed because of a computer glitch. No apology was made. No offer to expedite the shipping or any other offer to compensate for the delay. (the item did not arrive in time for Christmas). I had to contact them when I did not receive the item and I had to ask for faster shipping. They didn't offer anything. I had to email seller on 12/23 as I was worried to find no UPS tracking for this shipment. They responded with email that had a phone number to call. When I called them, I was told that this item was no longer in stock............I was very upset and asked why I wasn't sent an email informing me of this status, but this person had no answer. So I cancelled my order, since there would be no way I could get this item by Christmas. When something is IN STOCK, I should be fine with the confirmation email that I received after purchasing the item. This was even more disgusting that I wasn't even notified of their error.
