Since the number of the ink cartidge recieved was different from the one I purchased, I called just to ensure that the ink received was the correct one. I have never had a customer service rep be so rude and treat me, a customer so bad in my life. Needless to say, I did not receive a satisfactory answer and will not purchase from them again.
