I wound up having to pay $200 for data recovery for my work files. I filed a dispute on ebay as item not as described(because it said t was compatible with and was obviously not) and he told paypal he refused to refund. seeing as this wasnt on ebay i NEVER got my refund. I tried emailing the guy to work something out with an exchange but he ignored me. I noticed HE ALWAYS REPLIES WITH : I SOLD CUSTOMER THE ITEM AS LISTED. THEY NEED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. Well I DID and they said it was NOT, in fact, compatible with my computer afterall. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! FRAUDULENT AND NOT EVEN WILLING TO WORK OUT HIS FRAUDS WHEN HE GETS CAUGHT. he has been reported to paypal and they notified me they are looking into shutting him down as they've had numerous scams Miller and Young's Response: It's tough to know how to begin to answer comments like these. I will just say that the person received the exact software ordered, factory-sealed. I have no way of knowing the particular computer set-up or what caused the problem. What is impossible to understand is how the buyer can blame us for the computer issue. We only sell the software. The personal attack is outrageous and, of course, untrue. No eBay; no scams; no problem with PayPal, who cleared us of wrong-doing in the matter.	Overall Rating

Although the seller did refund my money, it was very unprofessional, I would not buy from this seller ever again. Miller and Young's Response: We did not sell to someone else. The item was out of stock when the customer ordered. One of our inventory lists was incorrect. We refunded the purchase price within the same day. We do apologize however for any inconvenience.
