I have enjoyed the options offered but have not had an opportunity to explore all the possibilities that Roxio 10 offers. From my ititial efforts at using the product I am very pleased. Had I have more time with it my rating may have been higher. |

No problems with the purchase. Shortcomings with the supplier are that the CD disc had fingerprints and label gum on it. Packing left a lot to be desired. So far, I have not been able to get it to install even though it appears I've cleaned it. I've emailed Roxio, but their answer was not responsive to my complaint. Seems like a stock answer. Perhaps a conflict with Windows 7. |

I purchase Roxio Creator 2010. After receiving it, the CD key did not work. The CD case looked genuine, but the CD key label inside looks suspicious. I emailed them twice for a solution and they have not responded. I guess I will have to take it up with PayPal now. |

I never received my product that I ordered. I emailed the company three times. I received one email back asking me for my order number and then I never heard back from them again. It has been three weeks and I didn't recieve an email back nor receive the product. I will never use this company again! |

They made an error, in my favor, by sending me the Home and Business 2009 version in stead of Premier 2009. I contacted Customer Service and was told to keep it. It came within two weeks of placing the order...no complaints! |
