Good solid software

Strengths: This is the gold-standard of photo-editing. The flexibility definitely lends itself to those "what if" moments. It is what professionals use for professional results.

Weakness: You do pay for the flexibility. The flexibility also makes it less accessible for a few users. For Grandma who just wants to crop or rotate pictures, obviously there are many options more affordable.

For most who have worked with software frequently, particularly other photo software, the transition for a new user shouldn't be too difficult. Photoshop CS2

Strengths: Fast Delivery of authentic product.

Weakness: Prodcut is for the south Aisan market. Seller did not identify it as such.

The Photoshop CS2 came quickly within 5 days of the order. The product did register with Adobe and works perfectly. BUT... I discovered that my edition was intended for the south Asian market. The draw back of this is that I was unable to download the CS3 beta preview. Otherwise CS2 is great much better than my real old version of PS.

Strengths: The most versatile and useful program of it's kind. It comes with tutorials, manual and good tech support.

Weakness: So many options, it can be overwhelming for first timers.

It is almost impossible to use every aspect of this program because there are so many. By the time you learn it well they come out with the next version.

Adobe Photoshop CS2

Using with high end or lower quality photos the Photoshop CS2 product has been wonderfully enlightening and enjoyable to use. As with any product that is purchased sight unseen or without actually trying the product on your computer you are taking a change. This CS2 product has surprised and I have so much more to learn. Strengths: ease of use. quality of output

Weakness: weaknesses? someone not owning this product, that's about the only weakness. Windows version, (not adobes fault) still, the color on your screen, isn't what prints. WYSIWYG oh no!

Works seamlessly with files i created years ago in photoshop4. Image clarity is amazing. Mac version prints the same color, that you've mixed on the screen. I kinda liked creating fonts the old fashion way.

Adobe Photoshop CS2

Strengths: Wide range of editing tools, which can either rescue a weak photograph or enhance a strong one. Good on-line tutorials.

Weakness: A rather complex program to learn. But that's inherent in any full-featured program.

I've used the program to edit both new digital photos and recently scanned images of very old film slides. Some of Photoshop's capabilities are included in other software packages, but none have the full range of Photoshop CS2.

Strengths: Excellent product, in great shape. Couldn't be happier.

Weakness: none

I received this product quickly and it was in great shape. The software works great and is easy to use. My 15 year old daughter is teaching me how to use it. I would highly recommend using this software and company again. I know I will. Thanks

Photoshop CS2 (Full Product PC)

Strengths: Haven't used enough to say.

Weakness: Haven't found any as yet.

Have not used all of the applications but am very satisfied with the Program. It is probably more than I will ever need but nice to have if I decide to try my hand at some of the applications.

Outdated

Strengths: Used to be good

Weakness: The new Photoshop CS3 has better GUI elements.

You can now collapse vertical tool palettes on the left and right side of the screen with Photoshop CS3. CS3 has also been optimized for binary macintosh's making it run 3X as fast, and the start up is nearly instantaneous. Dont bother with CS2.
