Good dishwasher once fixed

Cleans well. Holds more dishes, etc. than previous GE dishwasher. Interior much larger than Bosch that we also looked at. Good loading options. Quieter than previous dishwasher, but not silent (filling and draining only times that it can be heard from other room but these actions are quick, washing cycle is a low drone sound). Dries well, only some water left on plastic items. Dries better than previous dishwasher. Initially the dishwasher was very load during the drying cycle. After 4 repair visits at no cost to us, the correct part was finally replaced and all is good. The dry cycle is now practically silent.

I love this dishwasher!!!

First of all IT IS QUIET! I had a family event and saved starting a load to show them. It's really impressive - especially when it's washing, not more swishing and water noise. It also cleans well and my wine glasses fit perfectly.

Hard to load effectively because all the tines are so close together. The upper rack is so low that the sprayer can bump against a normal dinner plate in the lower rack, and there's more room than you need then on the upper rack for just glasses and bowls. The detergent dispenser is very persnickety--the least bit of powder overflow will block the latch from closing. I tried the Cascade Complete...

I tried the Cascade Complete Platinum packs on Pots and Pans with Stormwash, and pre-ran my tap to it's scalding maximum, in a last desparate attempt to get some cleaning, but the machine doesn't spray with enough power to even move the pack out of the open dispenser. It was still there, a bit melty looking but with it's dose of cleaners still intact and stuck to the door. Its worthless.

POOR PRODUCT

We have had this product for about 6 weeks and we have to dry the dishes. We have had to service it already. Still it does not dry. Run from this product. For the price you pay it is not worth it

Very quiet and efficient.

I replaced a kitchenaid superba that was 10 years old with the Samsung. I'm very happy with the Samsung. It is very quiet and efficient.
