Weakness: Run hotter than other drives.
Formatted to 172GB NTFS under Win XP and ran smoothly. Previously crashed under Win 2K when usage exceeded half the capacity (above ~ 90GB). Technical support could not tell the problem so I moved the drive to another system running Win XP.
