RCA DCM315R DOCSIS 2.0 Cable ModemStrengths: Great functionality and terrific price; very sleek and appealing, lightweight, trusted brand name. Weakness: None thus far. I'm very familiar with the quality of RCA products, so I wasn't totally surprised at how great this modem is performing; nonetheless, it's fantastic and was available at a great price. I've already recommended it to several other coworkers. I also love the additional "security feature" of being able to turn off internet access.

You get what you pay forStrengths: Solid, simple style. Weakness: Not that great of support for it. Mostly this modem has been discontinued and is being cleared out of stores at fairly low prices. So if you want a good, cheap modem, then I would say go for it. Advertisement

The throughput is at least as stated by the ISP - sometimes even faster. Excellent product - would highly recommend to anybody looking...
