Strengths: Price is cheap, has all the basic functions, easy to put on the monitor.

Weakness: Picture quality is very so so.

If you only need a very basic webcam, and you can get this one cheap, get it. It does what it is suppose to do. If you are looking for something fancy or good picture quality, spend more money and get something else.

Good enough

Strengths: It functions well as a basic webcam. Monitor mount works very well on LCDs.

Weakness: Image quality is quite low.

This is a below-average webcam, but it serves the purpose. Not good for making YouTube videos. Image quality is not as good as expected. The impression you get by looking at the image samples on the box are not reflected in the actual product.

Very decent webcam

Strengths: easy to install and use and low price

Weakness: pixel is not very high

This is the cheapest webcam I can find. I intalled it in a short 5 minutes and figured it out how to use it right away. You can take picture and video with it. I play with it a lot in front of computer. And of course at the price this low, you can't expect more - it doesn't have high pixel so the picture quality is not super great, but I can live with it.

Very basic webcam

Strengths: Cheap. Come with extra headset.

Weakness: Low resolution

I agree with most comments that the resolution is low. The quality of the image is not that good. However, I think you can't get any better webcams at the same price. I've got what I paid for. Also, the installation is very easy. Finally, please read carefully before install any softwares since there are many unnecessary software components (eg. AOL, Get Yahoo) that you don't want.

There is nothing inherently wrong with this cheap and cheerful camera, especially considering the price. However, like I said above, you definitely get what you pay for. Strengths: Cheap

Weakness: none

This is a basic webcam without very many features or functions. The resolution is not that great but enough to be seen clearly. I got it free after rebate so I have no complains. If you need something basic this will do the job.

Don't expect much

Strengths: 1) Can be had cheap or free after rebate 2) Package comes with a little "headset" and games 3)Kinda cute

If you get this for free after rebate, you will have about gotten your money's worth. This cute little camera isn't designed for anything more than the most basic webcamming. Strengths: low price, great bonus microphone

Weakness: poor image quality, USB 1.1, doesn't support Vista

It is really cheap and I think a many of us got it almost free after rebate. The quality of the bonus microphone is much better than the web-cam.
