Built-in PPPoE support allowed me to remove all PPPoE software from my machine to use my DSL. Great speeds, easy to configure using the web browser. Occasionally have to power-cycle the unit but that's only because of infrequent problems with the DSL line. Nothing to do with the router itself.

Linksys will not fix this problem better to pass on this model and go with befsx41 a much better product that will not slow you down. Linksys tech support will run you around and then they will tell you that there is nothing thay can do. Do you self a favor and if you use high speed cable PASS on this model.

Weakness: frequent connection drop and automatic reboot; expensive and not worth at all
I bought it and used it for 1 week before it started to drop broadband connection and automatically reboot. Sometimes, need to power off before getting broadband connection again. Asked its customer service and replaced a new one. The new one have same problem after 3 weeks.
