Unlock 88.7 and 88.9 and it does the job

Strengths: It's ok if you unlock the 88.7 and 88.9 freq....if you have a new radio and these frequencies are not on it, you are screwed.
Weaknesses: It's not strong. Static city.
Review: I saw how to do it on someone's review. Turn it on and turn it off but do not release the power button. While holding the power button, push one of the pre sets. It should unlock a freq. Just play arouond with it, but the key is to keep holding the power button when you turn it off.
