Took forever to figure out exactly what they wanted and then to get it all together. Otherwise the product was a great price but I also didn't expect to spend more on TAX as it didn't show up until much later in the process of buying it.	Overall Rating

I bought a barebones kit and it took thirty minutes just to get through the twenty plus screens required just to print the rebate pages. There should be a single page you can go to get all rebate processing done. It is so bad that I vow not to buy anything else from your site if I see the word rebate anywhere on the page! Retailer Response (05/23/2012): We do apologize for the inconvenience in the matter, please be advised that we at CompUSA do not process any rebates. You are directed to the rebate center's web page for the manufacturer or manufacturer's third party that is processing the offer in order to submit your entry.
