Nicely laid out web site. I was ordering a refurbished HP laptop and am not sure if it is in stock or not. It would be nice to have an estimate of the processing, shipping, and expected delivery date. |

I am not happy with the handling of this order. The order was placed on 12/9. On 12/14 I found out that the order had not shipped yet. I called and requested it changed to overnight. But, instead of shipping overnight it was put on hold and delayed another day. And still shipped ground. If overnight could not be done why would it be placed on hold and delayed another day when I made it clear that we really needed the parts as soon as possible. |

Suppliers charges $12.98 for shipping for an item that goes priority mail at $4.95 and is shipped faster. I do not recommend sellers that charge excessive "shipping" charges to what at first looks like a fair price. It is deceptive advertising. |

Ridiculous order processing. Canceled my order with a perfectly valid credit card, without telling me the reason. Tried to push using Paypal or bank wire transfer. Will NEVER use them, total waste of time. |

Well, I called and they said they had one. Then when my money went through they called and said they didn't have one. Then they gave me a run around for a refund. On the third call the salesman acutally said, "call PayPal and talk to them about a refund that's why we use their system you're suppose to deal with them not us." I finally contacted PayPal and they took care of it. They opened a claim and emailed iUnitek. I got an email within 2 minutes of the opening of the claim and it said "Resolved!". The money was back in my PayPal account and ready for use. I am glad I use PayPal. I think it would've been a lot harder going through my other bank. As for iUnitek, I don't think I will be doing business with them ever again. |
