They state they would charge 19.99 shipping and don't care what PriceGrabber showed. I consider this false advertising. Retailer Response (09/04/2003): Buyer did not agree with PRODUCT price plainly listed on website (and pricegrabber). I just received an e-mail tonight (Monday) that the product I ordered is out of stock and they have no clue when they will get more in. I just went on Pricegrabber and they indicate that it is in stock. Very misleading. Can you say bait and switch? Retailer Response (09/17/2003): Customer was informed on MON that there was a TWO DAY delay in her order (As most people know, orders do not ship out on weekends) Anyways, we DO specifically state on the site that we have a 1-2 day order processing time. However, she was also given a partial credit and upgraded in shipping method. I'm not sure what else is expected, but the customer was clearly informed of ship time/delay and offered ample compensation. We pride ourselves on our customer service and I believe we totally resolved this situation to the satisfaction of any resonable customer.	Overall Rating

I placed my order over a weekend and the item shipped that following Monday. The item arrived a few days later. Had I purchased the unit locally at a retail outlet, I would have paid an additional $120. I was very pleased with their pricing and prompt processing of my order. I highly recommend this vendor. I ordered a laser from them early on Monday AM, requested 'rush processing' (did'nt get it, but was never charged either) and received a confirmation of the order within the hour. Tuesday I got a tracking# and another confirmation of the charge being billed to the cc. Item received in original packaging with all accessories. They could be better at answering the phones for questions, but I will use iUnitek again.	Overall Rating

Retailer Response (12/10/2003): Customer ordered from us on a SUN, an email was sent EARLY Mon (it was not a failed delivery) notifying the customer that we had sold out over the weekend and that he had NOT been charged. I'm in the market for a Samsung LCD monitor and after submitting an order got a message two days later saying there was a problem. When I call them back they claim that somebody already have bought the item in their inventory. They were on the ball and when the phone number I gave them did not match the one my bank had on file, they did not ship the item I ordered. This was quckly corrected and the item I ordered was shipped promptly. It is good to know that this company has security measures in place that work and prevent the sale and shipment of to those who might take advantage of a stolen credit card number, etc. Hats off to iUnitek for excellent service.
