raiderhead from CA Member Since: 02/22/2011 View Member's: Reviews	Although the $319 price plus $6 "shipping" for Visio 2010 Pro (D87-04973) was good, the SoftwareMedia web site was clearly misleading regarding the format of product delivery. Their web page for this product clearly leads the buyer to believe that a physical, tangible DVD-ROM is shipped to the user. They include a $6 shipping charge, and the "Specifications" of the product say "DVD-ROM". It is only AFTER you buy the product that you learn the fact that you have actually ordered the Web download version. Notably, the web download worked OK and their key worked OK and the purchase otherwise went OK, which is why I am not giving a "completely unsatisfactory" rating. However, I felt very misled by them. All they needed was to indicate on the Web page, in a reasonably clear manner, that it was a Web download, and I probably still would have bought it. But being misled like this really left a bad taste in my mouth about SoftwareMedia.com.	Overall Rating

I recieved an email confirmation with the shipping details, but never recieved the product. After chatting with someone at the company online I was informed that they emailed me download instructions for the software. This was not what I wanted and not what I paid for, plus I paid for shipping. This is not only false advertising, but also selling a false product! I am very angry. They said they were refunding me the full amount, but they would not send the original order that I placed. Don't buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!	Overall Rating
