Then on 11/29 I received a mail from them that they did not have the item in stock and asked if they could substitute an inferior, non-Sandisk product. I said no, and they cancelled my order. I double-checked that they had removed the item from their website. Today I searched PriceGrabber again for Sansa Clip and they showed up again. Went to their website and saw the item again, so I ordered it. I have again received an email today that they do not have this item in stock. I'm just waiting for the second mail asking if they can substitute, or may look for a way to cancel my order on their site. I am wondering if they ever have the advertised product, or just use it to sell their substitute product...	Overall Rating
