Reviews 		This company has a horrendous return policy. If you return the items without an RA number (not clear this is required), they will refuse the package and ship it back. This process requires you to make one phone call, get an RA number, and then re-ship. They have cost the customer double shipping, not to mention an absolute waste of gasoline, time and energy to do everything twice -- all because of an unnecessary phone call which takes under 30 seconds to get a number and write on the box. The company is in New Hampshire - what more can I say. Bottom line, their return policy stinks. Stay away from this company. Overall Rating
