TD has a huge inventory of high quality items for low prices. They also stand behind their products better than most. Shipping is reasonable, and they act like they want the customer to come back often! |

This order was placed through Amazon, so I'm unable to speak to the use of TigerDirect's web site. Communication & shipping by TigerDirect was excellent - the item was listed on Amazon as "in stock" and it was; it shipped the next day and was delivered 6 days later in excellent shape. The Seagate 2TB Expansion External Hard Drive (STAY2000102) was a great value. |

I found the product with no problem. The site states it should be free shipping but then when you check out it charges you. If this gets corrected I would shop here again. If not, it isn't worth the trouble as there are many other sites with the same product at same price. |
