I have been very happy with previous purchases from this company. My only complaint is that they teased me with an additional Friends w/Benefits Discount if I logged into the website. Once I did; I could find nothing to do with this additional discount. |

J&R's selection of online electronic's and electric houseware items is more extensive than Crutchfield's. Which I have been using for years but they seem more focused on car audio than everything else. J&R's website is easier to navigate and make purchases from. And it's staff may not always be the friendliest, but they are very knowlegable about your products. Thanks, Rob |

J&R has excellent customer service I have purchased numerous PS3 games from them recently and their pricing is very competitive if not lower than the competition and they even adjusted the pricing on a purchase I made a week prior because their price went down even further! Shipping with Friends with Benefits loyalty program is free and very quick and items all arrived in excellent condition! |

Retailer offers a frequent shoppers program saying it's free and you get free shipping once you've join, but once joined if you read the FAQ you find out the program chargesa fee after a time. Part of buying online is to avoid lines but if you choose instore pick up you still have to stand in line to pay at store, which is not mentioned before you choose that option. overall they tell you the punch line when it's too late. Good thing the prices are great. |
