After you have submitted your order and if it was a download, I do not see where to download my purchase. It must come in my email. If so, it needs to indicate to check my email for downloading instructions. Otherwise it all went smooth. |

Good overall. Could have more clarity in explaining choices when choosing payment options screen appears. Forms were different than what I have commonly experienced on other web sites. More used to "Amazon.com" type forms. |

I received highly functional software applications at such a low I was very satisfied. The price it eclipsed other vendors. There was no shipping charge to send out the oem title. The order was processed promptly. Therefore I give them the highest possible ratinng. |
