Firstly, "open box" does not mean that the item is essentially new but in an open box -- what it seems to mean at Tech For Less is that the unit works and that they did not refurbish it after they bought it from somebody else (in other words, it is used and in good condition). Secondly, they do not seem to inspect the items very carefully -- the laptop that I bought from them had had its LCD replaced with a lower-resolution one before they bought it, and they didn't notice even though it was obvious that the LCD was not original just by opening the lid and looking at it (the covers over the screws around the LCD were missing, exposing the heads of the screws). Thankfully, after escalating the issue through customer service over a couple of days, they are finally sending a return shipping label and refunding my money. Recommend extreme caution when buying from this merchant.	Overall Rating

I received an "open box" version with no factory items. Worse, the monitor was so poorly packed that the UPS Store where I had it shipped, refused to accept it. The item was returned, but I still have not received a refund from Tech For Less. Their customer service has not been adequate. I won't be doing business with this company again, and suggest others avoid them.	Overall Rating
