Sent an email on 3/1 and called three times today. As of 5pm, no email response and got a fast busy signal each time I called. Item ordered no longer shows on their website as an orderable product. I received no call or email explaining why my item hasnt shipped, or been canceled and refunded as I requested in my email. I have disputed the charge on my credit card today.
