Ordered off MacMall instead of MacConnection because they had more options online (memory upgrade using non-apple memory, etc.) even though MacConnection had free shipping. I own a business and am ordering this for my business so I would love to have got the $50 or $100 discount for being CAP member but there was no way to do it online. Make CAP membership available online. I would like to get my discount after the fact if possible as I couldn't wait to order my machine until tomorrow given the sale ends tonight. Overall Rating

Could not use my PayPal. Your relationship w/PayPal could be improved. I only had $9.72 in PayPal and my purchase came to $23.97, so I was forced to go with a credit card. Other business I have used lets PayPal pull the need funds from my credit union. I have to wait a day or so longer to receive my merchandise, but I don't have to use a credit card and go back to fill everything out again. Overall Rating

This is my CURRENT opinion based on my FIRST experience with MacMall. Overall everything is very good! But there's one minus - i thought that taxes have been already included in the price, but it turns out that they haven't. Cannot get the idea of NOT writing a FULL price of any article of trade at once. Thanks for providing this service! Overall Rating

I found ordering the additional rebate process confusing as to when to add to cart and then when I ordered the ipod I noticed the rebate item I wanted wasn't listed, so i ordered another case and finally at the end the case came up I wanted as out of stock

I was originally not notified that my order would take longer if i made upgrades to the base configuration. Being an individual who likes instant gratification i called to check on the hold up and it was due to the upgrades i would have been nice to know this information before placing the order. A feature to talk to sells people via live chat would be helpful
