The total shopping experience is yet to be determined since I have to wait to receive the merchandise. When I choose my purchase it did not automatically give me the 4-payment option and then I had to search for it. It did not tell me when I would expect to receive the merchandise. Overall the process was very easy, quick and the product information very detailed. Thanks! |

The google link sponsored by the popeil family store says exactly: Ronco Six Star Knives www.popeilfamilystore.com Free Shipping today! Knife set with Block on Sale! However once you buy the Knife set with Block on Sale the free shipping offer is rescinded. They claim it is only good for the knives without the block, so the google link is highly misleading. Why can't merchants be straightforward instead of the usual bait and switch? |

This is the third order I have made with this site. I have received my Ronco 4000 and its everything they said it is. I have also ordered the pasta maker. I am looking forward to receiving it. I have had a very good experience with this site. Very easy to use and lots of information on each product they stock. I needed a cover for my Ronco 4000. It is on back order which I knew when I ordered it. I would shop here again. |

don't know if items are in stock or not, no estimated delivery date. but, you had exactly what I wanted with choices and decent prices, shipping seems extremely high though.would love a coupon for future purchases. |

So far the process was simple, and the shipping rates are the lowest I have found. I also like the fact that items are shipped via UPS Ground rather than USPS. If the order arrives promptly, I would increase my overall rating from 4 to 5. |
