After receiving a confirmation e-mail, I realized that my shipping address was incomplete. One e-mail and my problem was solved. Viosoftware also sends an e-mail with a UPS tracking number - something merchants should do to keep you informed. To top it all off - the software arrived earlier than promised. There was no box, manual, etc. There is a $30 rebate from the manufacturer but you need the proof of purchase on the box. I e-mailed Vio Software. In less than 2 days, I received a phone call. He said that he would refund the price of the rebate to me and work it out himself with the software maker. I was very impressed. I'll go here first to buy software in the future.	Overall Rating
