Admitting the problem and working out a solution with a customer is something I find very rare these days - these guys are a very pleasant example that honesty & pride still exists.	Overall Rating

Ordered the monitor on Thursday and received it the following Tuesday; arrived in perfect condition in a factory sealed box. Originally I was told by Customer Service that the monitor was on backorder so I was pleased when notified that the product had shipped and then arrived at my home over a week ahead of the original promise date.
