The vendor went the extra mile to call and cite the issues and since they couldn't meet the expected ship date, had it dropped shipped to me at no extra charge. At first incorrect card info delayed my order. But after updating my info it still took over a week for them to reply to my email requests, saying my order was shipped via Fedex and here's your tracking number, without any explaination as to why it took so long to ship. oh well, good prices come with average service. hope the monitor shows up flawless! Ordered the monitor on Thursday and received it the following Tuesday; arrived in perfect condition in a factory sealed box. You agreed to our policy because you made a purchase. We shipped you the system with the configuration you chose and for the same price you were quoted by the error on our website configurator.
