I have been ordering from them for over 2 years and have only recently encountered my first problem. The problem was simple, the manufacturer put the wrong CD in the box. I received the email from seller in a minute confirming my order and the price. 5 days later (3 business days) I receive the message that my credit card is charged $155. I called in to sales. They refused to adjust the price to what they advertised on their web-site and on Pricegrabber and suggested to refuse package when it arrives. They preferred to not to fulfill their obligation and have negative feedback from customer, so here we go. If for the product you are looking for they come up first at the bottom line price, be careful. You can end up wasting your time like I did. Here you go CompuDirect - $32(difference) is how much your reputation worth. Can not afford to loose $32 because the mistake you did, but can afford customer mocking your good name, loosing future potential customers who might (or might not) go to next merchant, after reading this review for only $32 Retailer Response (06/06/2008): There is an unfortunate misunderstanding. The customer placed the order on our website and the entire order with no hidden charges, surcharges or any gimmicks was prsented to him and was accepted. The prices and shipping fees were clearly marked and the customer accepted them by submitting his credit card information and entering initials. The product was ordered and shipped out in due time but the customer obviously changed his mind and decided to cancel the order. Our customer service offered him a full refund and an option to refuse the package so we can get it back. In fact all possible options were offered and the customer request was address immediately. Why the customer chose to leave a negative feedback is most definitely a question of his own integrity and moral shape.	Overall Rating
