I placed my order online on Monday afternoon and recieved it the next afternoon! That's a first for me. And that was with the free shipping option! I would definitely buy from them again. Because if you don't like the product and try to return it on receipt you are in for a heft charge, because even though they say its free shipping, they charge the returns for shipping and handling and you also have to pay for return shipping. Take these factors into accound and the price advantage their store offers over local retail stores is totally lost.	Overall Rating

Unfortunately I hadn't ordered the one with answering machine as I wanted (my mistake).
