I will have to use it as a table top phone. I can not use it where I had intended it to be used. Also the quality of the phone is not very clear. The package came with an "important information" flyer that explained that I have to have the DSL company come out and install a splitter where the phone lines reach my house. This was NOT provided on the website and I most definitely would not have ordered this phone if it had. I get buzzing and crackling on the line, which I do not with other phones in my house.
