My friend being an administrative officer had installed Panasonic cordless phones in his office and it gave tremendous performance. He had bought them from “101phones.com”, and seeing the phone I was so impressed that I wanted to install the same phones and thus I placed an order for them. It got delivered within two days. “101phones.com” is just awesome in delivering a prompt service. |

I was fed up of the number of blank & unwanted calls I used to receive on my house phone & was desperately looking to replace it. My friend suggested I buy the Panasonic KX-TG9333T DECT 6.0 digital, cordless phone system. This phone allows me to store caller ID of unwanted callers into the system’s Call Block list. I immediately placed an order with 101phones.com& requested them to ship it at the earliest. They did so & the product arrived at my doorstep just next day. I’m very happy with their service. |

This was the only reason which has kept me loyal to “101phones.com”. I am using their customer service since 5 years and every time I have called them, I have experienced their customer service agents to be very courteous, responsive and approachable. This time I had placed an order for AT & T corded phones with them for me and my brother. It was received exactly on the day as promised. |

I was constantly on the website to search for the product which I wanted before leaving for my college trip. After a research I got it through 101phones.com I quickly ordered the Plantronics Headset from them which was exactly as advertised and that was supposed to reach within 2 days. I am very pleased with their quick delivery service as the product was delivered in less than 2 days. |

Product does not work. 10% restocking fee was not disclosed. Called customer service twice and get the running around and I was told to call back the next day because the supervisor was not there. Never will buy anything from them again. |

Unbelievable that a company with this poor of service and false advertising record could still be in business. Absolutely misrepresented a "new" product and then when I returned it for exchange they suddenly did not have any "new" Jawbone Eras available and processed it as a return minus the 10% re-stocking fee. They would also not refund the expidited shipping on an incorrect item that I will never recieve. If you are reading this, you are already making a better decision than I did because I failed to read the reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! |

101 phones will not stand behind their products. I recently purchased 3 headsets from them. One was dead and all three were missing parts. When I called about this I received a canned response of "We are not responsible for what is included in our refurbish items". No attempt was made to resolve the issue. I then asked about returning the items and they said no problem they would take of that. They took care of it by taking 24% off the my refund. When I called to get a better understanding of this charge I received the same lack of customer support. When I asked to speak with a manager or the owner they did not know how to get a hold of them. I have purchased from this company for over four years and never will again. Customer service is not a part of their business model. |

They sent us an old phone instead of the new one we ordered, and wouldn't pay for shipping to fix their mistake! They also charged us a 10% restocking fee, even though they said they would waive that fee. Very unhappy with the service. |

I had the worst ever experience shopping online at 101phones.com. They shipped lesser quantity. No notification was sent about the change, I had paid for 2 day air shipping and I thought it is a business courtesy to notify the customer when there is a change in the order. When enquired their customer service personnel were very rude and later sent an email about the change. I don’t think they understand what customer service is. I tried to reach them again and haven’t been able to get through to their customer service personnel; I left VMs and have not received a call back. It’s been about a week now. It’s dreadful; I regret shopping at 101phones.com. It’s been a complete waste of time and energy. |

101 PHONES AD STATES BRAND NEW PRODUCT, BUT, WHEN I GOT THE PHONE, IT WAS A USED, REFURBISHED PHONE. I CALLED 101 PHONES, AND THEY FINALLY AGREED TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN THE PHONE, AND STATED THEY WOULD COMPENSATE ME FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, UP TO $10. I RETURN THE PHONE, AND SENT THEM A COPY OF THE FEDEX BILL, $9.12. THEY GAVE ME A CREDIT FOR THE PHONE, BUT NOW SAY THEY WON'T GIVE ME THE $9.12, UNLESS I BUY ANOTHER PHONE. I ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, AND A MANAGER, IF THEY COULD PROMISE ME I'D RECEIVE A NEW PHONE AND NOT A REFURBISHED ONE, AND NEITHER ONE WOULD MAKE THAT COMMITTMENT, STATING WHAT EVER IS IN THE WAREHOUSE IS WHAT THEY SHIP OUT. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, BECAUSE THEY ARE SELLING REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT, AND IT IS NOT LABLED AS SUCH. I ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS. DESPITE SOME GOOD REVIEWS ON THE WEB, THIS COMPANY HAS NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS FOR SELLING USED PRODUCTS AS NEW.
