When i called about the tracking number, the actual rep picked up, not even a computer! The player was supose to come out Aug. 01, and I got it in July. Inconviniences in the web site: Most items don't have photos, and the order status is not complete. Need to call to know about you order. But, the good customer service makes you forget any inconviniences in the web-site. Good experience overall. My rating: 4+/5	Overall Rating

WILL at ext.79888 is knowledgable, honest, friendly and frankly. You will not feel any sale pressure when you talk to him but talking to a friend.You should try by yourself. I bought a flashmemory card and a camera case,and received both of them the next afternoon.The products were sent to me in two packages and they charged for only one shipment.Airbone Express is good	Overall Rating

This is one of the very best online firms to do business with so go for it you will be a happy camper. Their prices are competitive, not always the very lowest out there but the service more than evens the score and the sales people are outstanding. Then they send me an email. Two pieces were shipped in the first day and the back-ordered one was shipped two days later. I got emails on each shipment. The only inconvenience was that I can't track the order on-line for some reason. After I wrote them an email they responded in 1 hour and fixed the problem. Placed order via website, order was supposed to go same day. Got a call saying to call ASAP. Called, got hung up on twice, and spent a half hour on hold. Finally got someone who told me that there was NO returns allowed, even for DOA product. Excuse was that this was the mfgr's policy. Checked mfgr's website which directs DOA returns to be made via retailer!!These guys are amateurs!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!	Overall Rating

I waited a week, nothing show up. I call back and find out they didn't ship anything. The customer service told us they can't find our account information, told us to fax in credit card, driver license, and the whole b/s. We did that. Guess what, They never have the item in stock, and it was "backorder". Typical sell below cost, ship nothing mail-order scam.	Overall Rating
