But, without a ink cartridge, so by the time a buy the cartridge, pay S&H and tax the price is getting close to the price of a new one from a different supplier. Also trying to find the right cartridge through Compuvest.com is a joke.	Overall Rating

No backorder, they simply switched items. The Good: they refunded the entire price of the order, including shipping. The Bad: I had to pay out of pocket to return the item in order to get a refund. Net Result: I didn't get what I wanted and am at a net loss on the whole deal. Overall Impression: I so not like the fact they freely substitute items ordered without first consulting the customer. Not only did I lose money on the deal (paid shipping to return the item), I had to purchase the item from another vendor at a higher price. Some people would be satisfied with the "equivalent" product shipped. I am not one of those people. Are you?	Overall Rating
