If the product arrives and it's what I ordered, I'll be very pleased with this store. I've now received my order. It came quickly, it was what I ordered, and in good condition. The only wierd part was that I got an email. from the company (before the product shipped) telling me I had to give them a work name or a work email before they could ship my product. They claim that they won't use the email for spam, but I couldn't get why they needed it at all. Otherwise, no complaints and the price was very competitive. Retailer Response (12/08/2010): Thanks for your business. The next option up is 3-5 days. It is the most popular options because it cover lost (even you did not ask signature requirement)/ damage protion(up to 30 days even you have sgned the package), plus RMA call tag. The CC verification for more information may be due to your card bank is particpating the authentic verification network or some info is not verified. This is one more protection to the card holders. Selecting the shipping method -vs- cost trade-off was very easy because they nicely displayed all of the options and the estimated delivery time; theirs was the BEST of 5 sites I started the "Check-Out" process with for this item.
