Fact: After making an order and charging my credit card - the emailed me a day later saying the item is no longer in stock. I think: they advertise prices that are too good to be true, then cancel the order hoping the customer will call for an upsell. Bait and switch. Other people reported on google shopping the same issue. |

You've gotta love a company like ALLHDD.COM when it comes to cheating people and hoping they'll just "go away" if they drag their feet enough.... I ordered a hard drive from them on 11/2/11 and it arrived about a week later. Only it was the WRONG drive and HALF the size. First they dragged their feet when I asked about returning it. After I was finally able to return it they STILL haven't refunded me...A MONTH LATER. They're response is that I should "Please wait, we'll keep you posted." WORST COMPANY EVER. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO! |

When it comes to buying computer products, there are many stores to choose from. One store that I always go back to is ALLHDD. This is simply the best online retailer for computer products. Best service always. |

Just what I want: excellent pricing, items in stock, prompt shipping & free delivery, and receiving exactly what was represented... what more could I ask for? Allhdd is the FIRST place I shop and usually needs to be the ONLY place I would shop. |

PG was responded quickly. Would try to order from them again. Ordered a refurbished HP system at a fantastic price, shipping, packaging and quality met expectations without exceeding them. My only qualms are that the restore disk came on a consumer quality CD. And the case side panel wasn't attached when i received it. Overall a decent experience. Very good purchase as usual A+++++ |
